I have been looking for my own house for a long time now.
A few years ago, I was laid off from my job and then I was diagnosed with a rare illness with racked up medical bills.
Bills, which I couldn’t afford. I ended up losing my house, and I had to move back in with my parents. Even though I was at a massive low point for a while, I finally started getting things back up and on the bright side again. I have enough money to start looking for my own home again. I am not really picky, and I have seen quite a few houses I liked. But one house in particular, I just loved. It had beautiful brick, and had columns inside. It was really beautiful, and was pretty small which was perfect for me. It only had one major flaw, the HVAC unit. Apparently when I asked about the heating and cooling in the house, it apparently was really badly broken. The previous owners never bothered to get theirs repaired. They were willing to take the price down a notch for the messed up HVAC, but I was very hesitant to buy a house without a working A/C. Even if the house’s price was cheaper, the last thing I wanted to do is buy a house and have an expensive repair waiting for me. As much as I hated to do it, I decided to skip out on my potential dream house, and just keep looking. It’s better to get a house cheaper but complete with everything compared to a house that is still expensive with an expensive repair in the waiting.
